At Tools of Nature, every product is formulated in small batches with carefully selected natural ingredients and packaged with care to ensure quality and freshness.

 

Because skincare products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened.
 

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

We hope you love your purchase, but if there is ever an error on our part or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toolsofnature.com so we can make it right.

For damaged items, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for shipping claims.

Natural Product Variations

Our products are formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients. Because nature is beautifully unique, slight variations in color, scent, texture, or viscosity may occur from batch to batch.

For example, botanical oils and extracts may naturally vary depending on growing conditions, harvest season, and the characteristics of each plant. These differences are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.

At Tools of Nature, we create our formulas in small batches and source ingredients thoughtfully rather than purchasing large quantities far in advance. This allows us to provide fresh products while honoring the natural variations found in botanical ingredients.

What are my shipping options?

At Tools of Nature, every order is prepared and packaged with care so your products arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Whenever possible, we do our best to ship orders the same day or the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options at checkout, which may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground & Air Services

  • FedEx 2-Day & Overnight Shipping (when available)

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Tools of Nature may offer complimentary standard shipping promotions, including free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders.

Available shipping offers and order minimums will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

 

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or be responsible for unexpected shipping delays, we will always do our best to help if your package experiences an issue.
