We trust you will be completely pleased with your purchase. But if in any way you are dissatisfied with the product we sent you, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be glad to send you a replacement, or refund the full value of the product minus shipping and handling.

Please take note: We use natural ingredients in our products, and as such, there are natural variations in viscosity, scent, and color, and these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products. 

Tools of Nature uses the freshest natural ingredients possible to create the products we sell; we do not buy a huge lot of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to variations in nature. For example, a plant seed oil may fluctuate in color depending on the growing conditions, varietal, harvest time, etc.

Defective or Damaged Products: We will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of receiving the products. We will need documentation from you and/or our shipping partners verifying that damage has occurred.

Please take photos of all damage and email them to and we will gladly take care of the claim for you. The only time we cannot handle the claim for you is if you shipped your order under your carrier's account number. If that is the case, then please call the carrier and let them know you have a claim to make. 

You must retain the original packing materials until any claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due the fact that the claim will not be able to be verified.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at They will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned item.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is in good condition, we will process a refund or replacement, as requested.

What are my shipping options?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.

We are often able to ship orders the same day or next day. However, due to COVID-19, many of our carriers may still be experiencing delays to their standard transit time for ground shipping options.

Shipping Costs:

    1. Free delivery / Complimentary for US orders over $150. 

    2. UPS ground / Air 

  2. FedEx 

    1. Expedited shipping: FedEx 2 Day, 2 business days from date of shipment.

    2. FedEx Standard Overnight, 1 business day. 

    3. FedEx 2 Day, 2 business days from date of shipment. 

  3. USPS: First Class & Priority Mail, 7-10 business days.

While UPS guarantees delivery times currently only for Next Day Air, once your order has left the building, we no longer have control. While we will help you to the best of our ability to keep your order moving to the right place, we are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot credit for shipping expenses unless we are at fault.

UPS International Shipping Destinations:
International customers are responsible for any, and all taxes, duties and customs fees. Product regulations upon delivery.

Refund & Return Exclusions: 

Our short run limited edition creations are final sale, no returns or refunds. If you have questions surrounding Limited Edition products, please contact our customer care.

Raw material products may not be returned because once shipped we can no longer guarantee the purity of the products for our customers. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by Tools of Nature provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
